LONDON, July 3 (Reuters) – Canada’s OMERS and Dutch pension investor APG have agreed to purchase Netherlands-based vitality infrastructure options agency Kenter, in accordance with a draft announcement of the deal seen by Reuters and confirmed by a spokesperson for the Canadian investor.<\/p>\n
The deal, which is predicted to shut within the fourth quarter of this 12 months, values Kenter at near 700 million euros ($764 million) together with debt, a supply with information of the transaction informed Reuters.<\/p>\n
