MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia on Thursday mentioned america was hypocritical to criticise President Vladimir Putin’s summit with North Korean chief Kim Jong Un as a result of Washington had sown chaos and despatched weapons to allies internationally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
