Joe Biden has urged Congress to go his additional funding bid for Ukraine earlier than the vacation recess begins.<\/p>\n

He says the US is dedicated to staying with Ukraine, and warns that if Mr Putin takes the nation “he will not cease there”.<\/p>\n
