After a month-long hiatus, Dan Epps and I’ve posted a new, 2-hour-long podcast episode: My Despised World (Dan got here up with the title.) Most of it discusses two of June’s jurisdictional selections—Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, and United States v. Texas—with a shorter dialogue of the affirmative motion circumstances (see here for my earlier publish on these).
However first we talk about this AP story about Justice Sotomayor’s book business, and speculate fervently about whether or not Justice Sotomayor bodily indicators the entire “signed” copies of her books herself, and in that case, how she discovered the time to signal 11,000 copies for a single look at Michigan State.
