KYIV (Reuters) -Russia launched an in a single day drone assault on Kyiv after a 12-day break, a Ukrainian army official stated on Sunday, with air defence programs preliminarily destroying all targets on their method.
“One other enemy assault on Kyiv,” Serhiy Popko, a colonel normal who heads Kyiv’s army administration, stated in a publish on the Telegram channel. “At this second, there isn’t any details about attainable casualties or injury.”
Reuters witnesses heard blasts resembling the sound of air defence programs hitting targets. There was no speedy details about the size of the assault.
Kyiv, its area and a variety of central and japanese Ukraine’s areas had been below air raid alerts for about an hour after 2 a.m. native time (2300 GMT).
