The College of Arkansas at Little Rock is welcoming Tom Clifton to his new position because the interim dean of the College of Business, Health, and Human Services.

Clifton obtained a Bachelor of Effective Arts from Minnesota State College and a Grasp of Effective Arts from Savannah Faculty of Artwork and Design. He’s a Fulbright scholar who studied the artwork and tradition of Egypt at Ain Shams College in Cairo, Egypt.
