GLEN ELLYN, Sick. — The fourth-ranked Iowa Central soccer workforce went into their bye week with a formidable 41-14 victory over Faculty of DuPage.
The Tritons have now gained two straight since a loss to No. 1 Hutchinson, outsourcing Ellsworth and DuPage by a mixed level differential of 103-27. DuPage is the top-ranked Div. III junior faculty workforce and has gained every of the previous two nationwide championships.
It was all Iowa Central from the opening kickoff, because the Tritons scored touchdowns on their first 4 possessions of the sport to take a 28-0 lead into the half. Adriel Fussell had a pair of second quarter TD runs with each Justin Silverstein and Mario Sanders dashing in touchdowns.
On the primary collection of the sport, Silverstein directed a 12-play, 75-yard drive that took up virtually six minutes, leading to an 8-yard TD run for the quarterback.
